Recertification – Classroom Observation Recalibration

Now that you’ve had some experience conducting NEE classroom observations, would you like to dig deeper into scoring in a collaborative environment with evaluators from different districts? In this session, we’ll spend time reviewing and discussing the evidence we see for NEE Indicators 1.2, 5.1, and 7.4.  You’ll be able to interact with evaluators from other districts, ask questions, and grow in understanding different perspectives for each indicator.

This is a great opportunity for 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year evaluators or any evaluator who wants to learn more about scoring classroom observations and leading feedback conferences.

This training includes a required pre-training activity that should take around 2 hours to complete, followed by a 2-hour Zoom session and a 1-hour recertification exam.
