2026 NEE Supplementary Training: Supervisor Feedback to Principals (Online, On-Demand)

This on-demand NEE training will provide supervisors of principals with a chance to interact with new research from NEE on why feedback matters and how to implement it effectively from your position as a school district leader. We have updated our Guide to Effective Feedback to include what we have learned from research inside NEE schools. We couple that with practical applications to strengthen and reinforce how you can provide feedback to the instructional leaders you supervise.

This is an online, on-demand training that you will complete on your own and at your own pace at any time. There is no deadline. It will take approximately 4 hours to complete. The training can be stopped and restarted. As long as you stay on the same device and do not clear your Internet cache, the training should resume at the last place you left off.

Important note: This is NOT a NEE Recertification training. This training is provided as a supplementary training for school leaders whose primary responsibilities do not include evaluating teachers through classroom observations. If you evaluate teachers through classroom observations, you are welcome to complete this training but please also make sure you are registered for and complete a NEE Recertification training (choose an in-person training or on-demand training) or NEE New Evaluator training.
