The NEE Executive Coaching Program is designed to help PK-12 school leaders:
- Evaluate teachers with confidence
- Provide effective feedback to help teachers grow
- Support teachers’ professional growth using appropriate resources
- Use data to identify professional learning needs
- Lead instructional change efforts to drive school improvement
School leaders can expect to meet one-on-one with a NEE executive coach regularly throughout the 2026-2027 school year using the Zoom platform. Each executive coach is an experienced PK-12 school administrator ready to help school leaders reach their individual goals for advancement.
What Participants Are Saying
“The coaching was phenomenal. My feedback is specific and directly links teachers’ actions with student outcomes. My confidence is much higher, which has made it easier to have meaningful conversations, whether written or in person, with the teachers I evaluate.” – Lacie Kolbe, Assistant Principal, Rolla High School
“My confidence has grown in my ability to lead my staff and grow them as educators. Even if you are a NEE veteran, being able to hone your skills and collaborate with other principals has been a great experience!” – Misti Yocum, PK-6 Principal, Verona R-7
