Take your school leadership to the next level with NEE executive coaching! A new cohort will begin in Fall 2026.
Every school leader deserves a coach. Just like every athlete improves with the help of a coach, every leader gets better when they work with a coach who can speak to their unique challenges and support their individual goals.
Working with a NEE executive coach, school leaders will receive highly individualized, job-embedded professional learning that accelerates and refines their leadership skills.
NEE executive coaching will address two areas school leaders say they need the most support to develop: using data to improve instruction and evaluating teacher performance.
With executive coaching, school leaders will be better equipped to:
- Evaluate staff with confidence
- Provide effective feedback to help teachers grow
- Support teachers’ professional growth using appropriate resources
- Use data to identify professional learning needs
- Lead instructional change efforts to drive school improvement
School leaders can expect to meet one-on-one with a NEE executive coach regularly throughout the 2026-2027 school year using the Zoom platform. Each meeting will review progress toward goals and offer guidance for continued leadership development. Each executive coach is an experienced PK-12 school administrator ready to help school leaders reach their individual goals for advancement.
Spots for are limited. If you’re interested in taking your school leadership to new heights with NEE executive coaching, submit the form on this page to receive more information.
