NEE provides access to learning resources after an evaluation that transform it into a growth tool for educators.
EdHub resources for effective school leadership are specifically developed to support the research-based, highly effective instructional practices reflected by the NEE indicators. School leaders and teachers are able to locate professional development materials inside the same online application where observations are scored and reviewed.
EdHub enhances an administrator’s ability to coach teachers by pointing them toward resources that can help them develop in very specific areas. The materials can be used with individuals, small groups, or as presentations for the whole faculty. NEE members can log in and complete the modules online at their own pace.
Embedded in the online NEE Data Tool, EdHub materials support administrators and teachers in gaining a shared understanding of the instructional practices they have selected for focus. More than 300 resources are organized by indicator, topic, or through simple search.
EdHub topics are broken into short, concise activities. This design allows teachers and administrators to login and complete professional learning activities when it fits their schedules.
EdHub shares background information about each topic, including why and how certain instructional strategies work well so educators can replicate the behaviors in their classrooms.
