2026 NEE Recertification (Online, On-Demand)

September 1, 2026, is the deadline for completion of this training; it can be completed at any time leading up to that date.

This on-demand NEE Recertification training will provide participants with a chance to interact with new research from NEE on why feedback matters and how to implement it effectively. We have updated our Guide to Effective Feedback to include what we have learned from research inside NEE schools. We couple that with practical applications to strengthen and reinforce your instructional leadership. If you prefer a more interactive experience and opportunity to connect with peers during training, we encourage you to register for one of our in-person NEE Recertification training sessions.

This is an online, on-demand training that you will complete on your own and at your own pace by September 1, 2026. It will take approximately 4 hours to complete. The training can be stopped and restarted. As long as you use the same computer, network, and browser and do not clear your Internet cache, the training will resume where you left off.

NEE Recertification training is for school administrators who will be conducting classroom observations of teachers in the 2026-2027 school year and who have been previously trained by NEE within the past 3 years. If you have not been trained within the past 3 years, please register for one of our NEE New Evaluator training sessions.
