NEE is pleased to introduce a new, simplified registration process for NEE training. In addition to being exceptionally easy to register, the new process also includes an option to register for additional people. Read on to learn about the new registration system, how to register for training, and how to cancel your registration if necessary.

As a reminder: NEE requires first-year training for new evaluators and an annual recertification training for returning evaluators. Training is provided to all evaluators as part of the fee paid by the school district; no additional fees are collected during registration.

Overview of the New Registration System

There are two ways to access the NEE events page: click the gold button in the top right corner of this page to Schedule Training, or go directly to www.neeadvantage.com/events.

The NEE Events page defaults to the month calendar view on a desktop computer or list view on your mobile device. You can view events in calendar view, week view, list view, or map view.

You can also sort events by category using the drop-down menu at the top of the page, or click on the color-coded event categories above the calendar. You may also search for events using the search box. Note: If you are on the month or week view, events you search for by category or in the search box will only display for the time period you are currently on. Navigate to list view to see all events across months or weeks.

Tip: List view will display the number of spots available for each session.

How to Register for Training

  1. Click on the event for which you want to register.
  2. Scroll down the page to see the event details, and click the gold Register button to expand the registration form.
  3. Enter your information, and if you are only registering for yourself, click Submit.
  4. Optional: If you would like to register additional people for the session, click the +Add Guest button and enter each guest’s information. You can continue to click +Add Guest until you have entered each person’s information. You can toggle between each guest’s information at the top of the registration form. Then click Submit.

    Note: You can now register new administrators for New Evaluator Training, using any email address for them (i.e., the email address you use to register for training does not need to be the email address they will eventually use to log in to the NEE Data Tool).
  5. Check your email inbox. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you registered, confirming your registration and providing more details. Your guest(s) will also receive confirmation email(s) at the email address(es) you entered for them. Save this email; it is your record of registration and includes an option to unregister if you need to do so at a later time.
  6. Optional: Click the link at the bottom of the confirmation email to add the training session to your calendar.

Canceling Your Registration

There are two options for canceling your registration.

Option 1: Confirmation Email

  1. Open the confirmation email you received when you registered.
  2. At the bottom of the email, click the link to Unregister from this event.
  3. The link will take you to the event webpage. Click on the button at the top of the page to Confirm Unregister from this Event.
  4. A message appears across the top of the page to confirm you have been unregistered from the event.

Option 2: Events Page

  1. If you know the day and time of the session you registered for, go to the NEE Events page and click on the event for which you registered.
  2. Scroll down the page and click Already Registered?, the blue text next to the gold Register button.
  3. A new blank tab may open in your Internet browser. Close it, and click back on the original tab. You should now see a gray box asking for your email address.
  4. Enter the email address you used to register, and click Send unregister link.
  5. Check your email inbox. Within a few minutes, you should receive an email message with a link to Unregister from this event.
  6. Click the link, which will take you back to the event page. Click on the button at the top of the page to Confirm Unregister from this Event.
  7. A message appears across the top of the page to confirm you have been unregistered from the event.

Ready to Register for 2021 NEE Summer Training?

Registration for NEE Training opens at 8 a.m. March 1. Returning evaluators can select NEE Recertification Training (group training) or NEE On-Demand Recertification Training. New evaluators in the NEE system should register for NEE New Evaluators Training.
