The Network for Educator Effectiveness welcomes Aaron Jones to the team as a trainer and field support representative!

In his role with NEE, Aaron will be providing support to member schools, conducting NEE trainings for evaluators, and assisting with new and ongoing NEE projects.

Aaron has been an educator for more than 30 years as a teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent. He worked in school districts across Missouri, including Lexington, Independence, and Union R-XI before retiring in 2022 from Warren Co. R-III, where he developed experience working with NEE as a district administrator.

Aaron continues to support educational causes and volunteer his time to visit schools with his therapy dog, Leif, and coach junior high basketball.

Aaron’s wife, Cara, has also spent her career in the field of education, and their daughter, Aarica, has been hired by CNN as part of their Motion Design department. In his free time, Aaron enjoys training Leif, playing golf, and following the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues.

Welcome, Aaron, to the NEE team!
